Terms and Conditions – Appointments
Welcome to Ren's Beauty Room. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.
Appointments & Booking
- Appointments can be booked online via my website link, by phone, in person or by social media.
- A confirmation text message will be sent 24hrs before your appointment.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Deposits
- A deposit of 50% will be required for anything over $100 to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within the acceptable cancellation period within 24hrs.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and consultation.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, and you may still be charged in full.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within the notice period will allow your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a 100% charge of the service.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in the full amount being charged and may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Health & Safety
- Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with a contagious condition or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Children & Guests
- For the safety and comfort of all clients, i kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.
- Space in the treatment room is limited; we ask that only the person receiving the treatment be present.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on services already provided.
- If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let me know during or immediately after your appointment so we can address your concerns.
Changes to Services or Prices
- All prices and services are subject to change without notice. However, we will always honor the price given at the time of booking.
Agreement
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
